Pumpkin Pancakes and Syrup Label


Hello my friends!

I LOVE PANCAKES 

and this recipe is our family favorite.

We eat Pumpkin Pancakes year round.

 





Pumpkin Pancakes

In a large bowl whisk together the following-

2 1/2 cups milk
2/3 cup pumpkin puree (approx. 1/2 of a 15 oz. can )
4 Tablespoons oil
2 eggs- beaten
4 Tablespoons sugar 



Mix in dry ingredients-

2 1/2 cups Flour
4 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon each-
cinnamon
ginger 
allspice
salt





Heat griddle to medium heat. 
Pour batter on to griddle.





When they bubble and are no longer glossy-




Flip with a spatula!







Ready to serve.





Light and fluffy




Perfect with Maple syrup





Makes about 24 medium size pancakes

    1. Thank you! I think you will like these pancakes. I hope you will give them a try. I'm a huge pumpkin fan but I don't like any of those popular pumpkin latte drinks- too sweet!

    1. I probably should mention the batter keeps well in the fridge if made a head of time.... or the pancakes can be reheated later if that's more convenient. We have prepared them either way and they are delicious reheated in microwave or toaster oven. I hope you love them too!
